BPExchNet Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Pakistani Member Must Read

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and bpexchnet ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bpexchnet.bet. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bpexchnet platform in any way, you are agreeing to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bpexchnet platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bpexchnet. If there is ever a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus terms published on the platform, these Terms take precedence.

To register and maintain an account with bpexchnet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bpexchnet does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe a member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any funds held in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended bpexchnet account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current throughout your membership. bpexchnet reserves the right to request documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating a bpexchnet account.

bpexchnet reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation. Where registration is declined, any deposit made during the registration process will be returned using the same payment method within 5 business days.

Each bpexchnet member is responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. Your login credentials – username and password – are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. bpexchnet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bpexchnet support immediately. We will temporarily suspend your account while the matter is investigated. During any suspension period, no bets can be placed and no withdrawals can be processed.

• One account per person. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name or another identity – is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.
• Account balances are not transferable between members and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other party.
• bpexchnet accounts are for personal use only. Using a bpexchnet account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Members must notify bpexchnet promptly if any of their registered personal details change, particularly phone number, email address, or payment method details.

All financial transactions on the bpexchnet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all balances displayed in your account are in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your bpexchnet account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. There are no deposit fees charged by bpexchnet, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. bpexchnet processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes of the request being submitted, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to protect members against fraud.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, bpexchnet may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice and is not a reflection on your account status.
• Any bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
• bpexchnet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if a withdrawal fails due to incorrect payment details provided by the member, bpexchnet may charge an administrative fee to cover costs incurred.
• bpexchnet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

bpexchnet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% welcome deposit bonus, up to Rs 10,000, is available to new bpexchnet members on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per member, household, device, or IP address. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which it will expire and be removed from the account.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements – slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific bonus terms for the contribution rates applicable to each promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: bpexchnet monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing bets that do not contribute meaningfully to wagering requirements, or otherwise attempting to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• Weekly Cashback: The weekly 10% cashback on net casino losses is calculated every Monday based on the previous week's activity and credited to the account by Tuesday at midday PKR time. Cashback is credited as real money with no additional wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• bpexchnet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to member accounts.

All bets placed on the bpexchnet platform are subject to these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except where the specific game or market rules expressly permit it (for example, the cash-out feature on selected betting markets).

• The minimum bet across all bpexchnet games and betting markets is Rs 200 unless stated otherwise for a specific game or market.
• bpexchnet reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion without explanation. This may occur in connection with unusual betting patterns or when the platform detects activity that may compromise market integrity.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session or live bet, bpexchnet will use available data to determine the outcome up to the point of interruption. Where no outcome can be fairly determined, the bet stake will be returned to the member's account.
• For live casino games, the dealer's announcement and the official game result as recorded by the gaming system are final. Any dispute about a live game result must be raised within 24 hours by contacting bpexchnet support with the relevant session or game round details.
• For sports and esports markets, bpexchnet will settle bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. Results published on third-party websites or social media are not binding for settlement purposes.

The integrity of the bpexchnet platform depends on all members playing honestly and in good faith. The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the bpexchnet platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players through the standard browser interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any other technical vulnerability in the bpexchnet platform. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a bug or error are void regardless of whether the member was aware of the bug at the time.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, card games, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder funds through the bpexchnet platform. bpexchnet is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or to which you are not authorised to make transactions. Chargebacks initiated after funds have been used for betting will be treated as fraud and referred to the relevant authorities.
• Creating a false identity or providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.

bpexchnet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the bpexchnet platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We use your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, deliver customer support, send relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in), and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with our payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to notify you after you have been logged in and playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the bpexchnet platform for a defined period of between 30 days and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexchnet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible loss.

bpexchnet's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bpexchnet account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpexchnet is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of government, or third-party payment processor failures. In the event of a service interruption affecting active bets, bpexchnet will make reasonable efforts to settle those bets fairly based on available information.

All content on the bpexchnet platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual material – is the intellectual property of bpexchnet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bpexchnet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any bpexchnet content without our prior written consent.

The bpexchnet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bpexchnet. Using these marks in any way that could create confusion with the official bpexchnet platform is prohibited.

bpexchnet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where:

• We reasonably believe that a member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a court or regulatory order.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The member has provided false or misleading registration information.
• An account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts will be notified by email before any action is taken.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the account will be forfeited if the closure is related to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. In all other cases, any real-money balance will be returned to the member using the last active payment method on the account.

Members may close their own bpexchnet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn using the member's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

bpexchnet may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members by email and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the updated Terms take effect. Changes to comply with new legal or regulatory requirements may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the bpexchnet platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
